Shipping Destinations

PokeGuard currently ships to the following countries and regions:

  • Asia & Oceania: Taiwan, South Korea, China, India, Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Bhutan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand.
  • North & South America: Canada, Mexico, United States and U.S. Territories (Guam, Saipan, Midway, Northern Mariana Islands, Wake, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), Brazil.
  • Europe & Middle East: Israel, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal.

If your country is not listed, we currently do not offer shipping to your region.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options:

  • Pidgeot Air Mail (Priority Delivery): Estimated 5-10 business days
  • Slowpoke Standard (Standard Delivery): Estimated 15-20 business days

Exact shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services. The estimated delivery time for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD (or the equivalent amount in your local currency). The free shipping method used will be Slowpoke Standard unless otherwise specified.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your country’s customs office for more details.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure safe and timely delivery, PokeGuard is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or lost/stolen packages after they have been shipped. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@pokeguard.com with your order number, and we will assist you.
